Curologylifes ships to addresses within the contiguous 48 United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories. We also do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
Order processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Central Time, or on a weekend or federal holiday, begin processing on the next business day. Processing takes 1–2 business days. This is the time needed to pick, pack, and hand your order to the carrier.
Shipping method and delivery estimates
We select the most suitable carrier for your delivery address based on the state you are shipping to. The carrier is chosen at the time your order is packed. The table below shows the estimated transit time after processing, not a guaranteed delivery date.

Total estimated delivery time is calculated as processing time plus transit time. Transit time is an estimate provided by the carrier and is not a guaranteed delivery date. Weather, peak season volume, or unforeseen events may occasionally extend delivery beyond the estimate.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free for all orders shipped to the contiguous 48 United States. There is no minimum order requirement to qualify for free shipping.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that number on the carrier’s website to follow your package. If you do not receive a tracking number within two business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@curologylifes.my.
Delivery issues
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around your property and with neighbors first, then contact us. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
No sales tax collected
Curologylifes does not collect sales tax on orders. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay, with no additional tax line added.
